Hello Steve,

Please clarify - where do these links point? What kind of attachments are you referring to? If you upload a file that's in a format that can't be read by the iPhone, the file won't be opened.

Best regards,
David

I tried adding both a jpg and a pdf file to a note using the mac desktop app. It adds just fine and is uploaded to your server. I can go to your Todoist website and open the file from my account, but not on the iphone app. When I open the note on the iphone app it shows a https hyperlink with the name of the file at the end. ie. https:// ***** (c23.pdf). It seems that the hyperlink is not recognized as such and can't be opened.

This is what the link looks like on the iphone app. On the desktop app it looks like this:

C23.pdf

Steve,

Thank you for clarifying, I've been able to reproduce this issue and I've passed it to the developers. The app indeed doesn't recognize the link, but copy/pasting the URL to the browser confirms that the link itself would work on the iPhone. We'll address this issue in future updates.

Best regards,
David

Hello Madhav,

Please try to copy/paste the link to the uploaded PDF file to your mobile browser and see if it works there. Can you open any other PDF files on your iPad?

Best regards,
David
