iPhone updates don't sync

I noticed that the changes I make in the Todoist iPhone App do not sync with the actual web-based Todoist.

That kind of renders the iPhone App pretty useless.

What's going on?

Hello Boris,

I can't reproduce this issue (just tried to edit an existing task through the iPhone app and the change has been synced automatically).

Please tell me:
- What action are you taking on the iPhone app exactly (adding task, editing existing task, adding a label etc.)?
- Do you see the circular icon in the notification area on your phone showing network activity?
- Are you online while you sync your tasks?
- Did you refresh the page of the web-app after you've synced the changes from your phone?

I have the same problem my desktop and iphone are connected to the internet and I am logged in with the same id and password. I used my gmail account to login to both.

I cannot sync the web app to the iphone app

Hello Felice,

Right now, you're not logged into a Gmail account. Please make sure you're always logging into the same account. Also, did you allow the iOS app to send you notifications? Does reinstalling it help?
