Snooze reminders not working?

Hello Todoist team,

I'm experiencing problems with reminders respectively snoozing reminders to be precise. Reminders are working the way they should, when tapping on "snooze" at the interactive notification bar the reminders vanish but will not come to notification bar again. I checked the settings (reminders) but regardless what time of snoozing I chose the reminder will not appear after I clicked on snooze (I tried 30, 15 and 5 minutes)

I'm using a stock ROM Galaxy S3 with android 4.3 and the latest todoist app.

Any help is appreciated.

Best
Axel

Ok, then I'm not alone. I'm pretty sure they will fix this soon. Actually I need this feature of snoozing as kind of workaround.

It'd be great if there was an option of setting "annoying" reminders (automatic reminders every 15 minutes for example until task is done). This is helpful for tasks like taking medicine (that I have to take in a certain timeframe). Of course I know that it's possible to set a repeating task with reminders set between 8am and 10am every 15 minutes. But this is quite an uncomfortable way in my eyes.

Anyway, I hope help for "snoozing" issue is on its way soon. :)

I set push notifications for galaxy note 2 but the snooze option doesn't show when the notifiction pings me. any idea why? when I select the task from my android screen it taeks me to the todoist with the task selected but the options at bottom are comple, sched, edit, notes, remind. then the menu list; on the menu list when I select notifications it says 'no notifications'. any idea where snooze should be showing up?

Hi,

I see the snooze issue is supposed to be solved, but I`m having it now. My app is up to date (5.1) and I have premium. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Can you please describe to me the exact behaviour of the problem? Also, can you give me the due date that you are using? I'd like to test this myself.

Regards,

Clyde

It's basically the same as described on the top of this thread. The last time it happened was an automatic 30-minutes-before reminder for an event for 2pm today, set a day or two ago. The reminder took off as expected, I hit the snooze button within the notification on the notification bar, but I never heard of it again.

I have the latest app version, and snooze is set to 15 minutes in app settings. I'm on Android 4.1.2, and I have an LG L7 II, if that makes any difference.
