custom sort stopped working in due-date view on Android App

AM

Before today, I could view my tasks in the "today" or "next 7 days" views, and drag them to sort them in any order I wanted, regardless of the priority. I could do this in both my android app and the web app.

Now, after the update, I can reorder the tasks in the web app regardless of priority. But I cannot in the android app. If I put a high priority task at the bottom of the list in the web app. It stays there ... until I open the android app and then the android app seems to force the priority order on my tasks, which is then reflected in the web app. If I do not open the android app, the high priority task will stay sorted between lower priority tasks in the web app without being snapped back to the top of the list.

If I try to drag a high priority task so it is below a lower priority task in the android app, it immediately snaps back to priority order and will not stay where I drag it.

I liked being able to sort my task with-in a due date however I liked. Sometimes I want a lower priority task at the top. I really hope this is a bug that was introduced in the release.

Will you please bring back custom sorting within a due date regardless of priority? It still works in the web app. Only the Android app forces priority sort.

Thank you! I love Todoist! You guys are the best. :)

... and it's fixed! I just noticed an android update and I downloaded it. Now I can custom-sort in the android app without regard to the priority.

THANK YOU! Seriously, I couldn't be happier about Todoist. Such a fantastic app and you guys are so super responsive and wonderful.
