Recurring alarm doesn't work
I have a recurring alarm set for a specific time in the early evening but after the first iteration it fails to alert me again. When I swipe to show it compete for that day it performs as expected and goes to the next day, but still no alarm though.
I have deleted it a couple of times and then re-entered the details, but the same thing happens again.
Is there anything else I can do as I like to have the reminder on my screen. I'm using a Samsung S4 mini if that makes any difference?

What is the exact syntax used to create the recurring task?
Did you create this on Android or the web?
Are you online at all times, as our reminders need Internet to work?
Thanks for the extremely quick reply. I added it on my Android phone and the syntax is 'ev day @ 6.30pm' although when I actually typed it in I put 'ev day at 6.30pm' but it got converted to the sign.
My phone has the normal roaming data connection, which I assumed was ok for push alerts?
Yes mobile data is fine. Please confirm though, do you enter 6.30pm or 6:30pm?
Good question! I think I entered 6.30pm, but as far as I can tell in the app it is showing as 6:30pm
This may not be the cause, but if you remove it, re-add it and using 6:30 instead, does it still stop working after the first reminder.
I will try it and let you know, although I don't know how to repeat it during the day to see, so might have to wait until tomorrow to find out!

I have tried a number of different ways in adding a time to my tasks and have no problem using either the '.' or ':' but when I changed my recurring task to 6:00pm it went off on the next occurrence but failed to repeat each day.
So for me a single alarm is fine, but I can't use recurring alarms, which is a pain as I use them to remind me when to take tablets. Any other ideas please?

I cannot seem to reproduce this issue. Please tell me, does this happen if you create the task on the web version? Does it happen with any other dates (times)?
Also, try removing the data for the app and re-logging in.
Thanks for the very quick reply. AFAIK this was created on the phone, although I can't be certain, but last night it started working again, so who knows!
I suggest we close this now and I'll let you know if I get a recurrence of the issue.
