Android app showing " couldn't refresh, try again later". I'm working on htc one, todoist latest version. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling,
Do you have an internet connection at all times when using the Android app? Are you on any corporate network?
yes, I have internet access all the time, either wirelessly, or 4g, but I have not been able to sync for several weeks. Laptop and outlook are synched, but not my Samsung s4
Please tell me, what version of our app are you using and do you have Google Play Services installed on your phone?
I am using version 2.1.3 and yes I do have google play store on the phone.
That is a very old version of our app, please update the app.
I updated my program from the Play store. Now I hit refresh, and nothing happens--I am on 4 g where I am sitting. My todo list in outlook and online has 7 items, and the Samsung android device has 25 many already completed
So you are on our latest app, and which Android version? So you are saying this app is having older data then the one in Outlook?
Try heading to Android settings, Apps, find Todoist and Clear Data. Then let us know if it still does not update.
I cleared all data, should I enter with google, or directly via todois--I think when I first set it up, I did it through google
If you have both entered into Todoist, then you can use both, both should work. If you never created a password/email combo and only used Google, then you have to use Google.
