Connection problem (2.0.11)

Hi,

after upgrading to 2.0.11, I can no longer connect to Todoist. After entering my credentials, I get the message "Unknown error occurred. Please wait a few seconds and try again" ("Es ist ein unbekannter Fehler aufgetreten. Bitte versuchen Sie es in einigen Sekunden noch einmal" in the German localisation).

I removed my local data, re-installed the app and rebooted the device - but no luck.

Is there anything else I can try?

Hello Jutta,

Please make sure you're using the same login method as always (either manual login or Google login) and try to delete and reinstall the app again.

If the issue persists, please try to set the language of your phone to English and let us know if the issue persists.

Hi David,

tried both suggestions but it did not help.

Neither manual login (which is my default login method) nor login via the connected Google account was successful, the error is the same in both cases (Don't know if it is helpful: login via Google asks for permission as usual, so the error seems to happen "later" in the login process).

Changing the language to English, rebooting and reinstalling the app leads to the same error.

Hi. I have exactly the same issue :

widget and app on android phone (htc desire s) not syncing with web, then after a log out from the android app I am not able to log in.

"An unknown error occured, please wait a few seconds and try again"

I use the official app v 2.0.11.
Already tried to remove it, reboot the phone and re installed it.
I only have one account.
I tried to log in on three different networks.
Waited 24+ hours, it is still not working.

I can log in and work with web account fine.

I would like it to work again. Thanks

I have the same problem since today. Log not available in the Android app "unexpected error occurred please try again in a few seconds"? You have already uninstalled and reinstalled, but has not helped (Android 2.3.5 / gerotet / Link2SD) (Sorry for my English is Google Translate :-)

This seems to be happening again. I am experiencing the same phenomenon on both Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy S4 running Android 4.3 kernel 3.4.0-1625098. Just started earlier today.
