Problems with Sync


Hi, the details I update on Macbook app aren't syncing with my Android phone app. Could you help me with it? I could see the update made from my Macbook app reflecting online though.

Hello Sandeep,

Please make sure you're logging into the same account across all platforms. Try to trigger the sync manually or delete the Android app and reinstall it.
