Bug in italian version?

I found a bug in Android App (italian language): when I add a task in "set" (settembre = september) month, like "3 set", the app set me the same day-date but in january 2014 month.

If I use the month number format (like "3/9") works well.

Thanks.

Hello Luigi,

Thank you for your report, I've been able to reproduce this issue and I've passed it to the developers. We'll fix it in the next updates.

Best regards,
David

Similar issue here.

If I specify a due date using "30 set" or "30 sett" (equally), the task gets added with the same day-date, but in November.

Opening an already existing task with a due date of ex. "30/09", shows "30 set", but, in this case, not touching the due date and saving the task, leaves the due date correct.

This is very annoying because it can take a task out of focus!

I have noticed that effectively the issue persists. Rather, I have also checked that to see the September task I need write "sette" instead of "set". Thanks.

Hi Luigi,

This should be fixed on the next release of the Android app.

Hello,

We can't reproduce this in the latest version. Please tell us know what version of our app are you using now, what version of Android, does reinstalling the app help and if not, what due date are you typing into the date field exactly?

Regards,
David

Dear David,
the app's version is 6, running on Android 4.4.3. I've completely cleaned data, uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

The bug is partially solved, because, taking my previous example, now writing "30 sett" works fine, but writing "30 set" still assings the due date to 30 of november.

B/rgds.

I can't reproduce this. I've set my device to Italian, entered "30 set" and it correctly scheduled the task to "30 Set 2015" (the next available 30 September).

That said, please tell me how exactly step-by-step are you entering it? Is it for a new task, an existing task (if so, what was it's previous date)? In what view are you when you add it etc.

David

Sorry, my fault.

The buggy condition is entering a new task from "inbox" view with the date of "30 sett" ("30 set" works fine).

OK, in that case it works as expected as we don't have "sett" defined as a correct date format right now.

Ok, the question in now clearer. Everything inputed after a number in the field due date gets interpreted as "November".

Eg:

"15 shsd" -> "15 nov"
"23 puppa" -> "23 nov"

and so on..
