Possible bugs?

Hi there.

With the latest upgrade I'm finding I have to log out of Todoist and log back in again if I haven't used the app for a few minutes, otherwise it just keeps trying to load but nothing happens.

Also it sometimes highlights a random task which I'm then unable to find, meaning I can't select another task to edit it and, again, I have to log out and log back in again to clear it.

I'm using a HTC Desire S, Android version 2.3.5, HTC Sense version 3.0

Any suggestions welcome.

Hi There,

Are you always connected to the internet? Please try clearing the data for the app (Android Settings --> Applications --> Find Todoist --> Clear Data) and let me know if it continues to do this.

Hi

Thanks for the speedy reply - I tried clearing the data and it worked initially but it's now doing the same thing and not loading. Definitely connected to the internet. I'm using the wifi connection.

Hi,

I am unsure why this would be happening and have been unable to reproduce it. Has anything else been installed on the device recently as well? Do you have any other Android devices to test if it works? Does it have issues on a mobile connection?

Please try uninstalling the app, rebooting the phone, and installing it again. Let me know if that resolves it.

Before I saw your reply I had another go at trying to load it up without having to log out and tried pressing the back button on my phone - this seems to have done the trick and has un-stuck it. All seems ok now. If I have problems again I'll try what you've suggested. Many thanks for your help :) Lois
