Can't download Android app

RB

Trying to download Android app. Says "installed," so it won't download. But according to Task Manager (and my list of icons) it's not installed

Hi Roger,

What Android device do you have, which version of the OS are you running? Any custom ROM/firmware?

To clarify, you are in the Play Store and the button says "installed"? Please head into your Android Settings area, find the Applications Area, and see if Todoist is in there. I would suggest removing it and reinstalling it.

Thanks,
Brendon.

Running a Samsung Galaxy S3 (SPH-L710). Android 4.1.2.

Yes to your clarification question. But Todoist doesn't show up in the Applications listed in the Settings area!

Thanks,

Roger

Hello Roger,

Please try to install it from this APK file and let us know if it also won't install: https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/9ce43bc8d1343b869f43022b84ccc519/as/Todoist_v2.0.2.apk
