Reminders stopped working

Reminders stopped working in my Android app. I notice also that my device keeps disappearing in the list of devices in the "reminders"-tab of the settings in the Todoist web-app.

I should add that I have tried to use Todoist together with Lightflow. But this did not work satisfacty, so I switched off Lightflow for Todoist. After that, the issue stated above appeared.

Hello,

Please try to uninstall Lightflow completely as well as our app (after you sync all tasks) and then reinstall our app and let me know if it helps.

Also, you're welcome to try the beta version of Todoist 2.0: https://plus.google.com/communities/108057919781399570441?hl=en the final release will be available in the upcoming week. Let us know if the problem persists in this version too.

Hi David,

I followed your instructions and unfortunately, only newly added tasks have working reminders. I have quite a lot of existing reminders with deadlines. Can you suggest a way to get those working again too?

Mark,

Could you please access these tasks with reminders on the web, right click on them, go to the "Reminders" menu and check if they are still there? And if so - are these relative or absolute reminders? That is - did you add them using the <remind tod at 2pm> tag or are these supposed to be the default "30 minutes before" reminders?

The version 2.0 of our app not only improves reminders as they work, but also gives you access to manage existing reminder on tasks, add multiple ones etc. so hopefully this will solve this issue and activate the old reminders.
