Missing "Done" option in reminders

AK

Hi, recently, the option to complete the task (or any other options) have disappeared from reminders. All I can do is select the task which brings up the Todoist app where I can complete it. Is this some sort of a setting that I am not finding?
Thanks.

Hello Alex,

Please tell me - are you using a Jelly Bean Android version? If so, if you have a task with a due date and get a reminder for it, you could see all 3 options: done, postpone and snooze.

Best regards,
David

It's a Jelly Bean. Samsung Galaxy S3 with Android 4.1.2. I used to get these options before, that's how I know about them.

Alex,

Unfortunately, we can't reproduce this issue. Please try to uninstall and reinstall the latest version of our app and also let me know what are the properties of the task that you're being reminded of - does it have a due date or a due time?

Best regards,
David

I just reinstalled and it does the same thing. I enter the task on PC with date and time. 30 minutes before the task I get a reminder on my android with the name of the task and time til its due. I see no option to complete the task without opening the main app.

Never mind, it's something with my phone. Another app that had similar functionality in reminders is not doing it anymore. I think its time for factory reset.
Thank you for a prompt response. Todoist support is the best!
