Setting reminders prompts Done, Postpone and Snooze buttons only

SS

Hi,

For one of my tasks, I set a reminder of once every 2 days. On my android, I get a reminder with Done, Postpone and Snooze buttons only. Hitting snooze pops up the reminder in some time as expected. But hitting Done marks the task as completed. That should not happen if the due date for the task is far out in the future, but you have just set reminders. There has to be an option to close a reminder without marking the task as completed.

Hello Shashank,

Thank you for contacting us. The "Done" option is one of the most crucial actions in our notifications allowing you to easily complete the task without having to access the app. Unfortunately, we won't remove it.

It should be possible to clear our reminders just as any other notification, please let us know what version of Android are you using?

Best regards,
David

Thanks for the quick reply. Makes sense not to remove it. I'm sorry if my question was ambiguous. I didn't suggest that it be removed, but to possibly add an option to clear the notification.

I'm using 4.2.2. Kernel 3.0.31-g9f818de.

Again, love your app.

Shashank,

You should be able to swipe to the right to clear the notification, just as any other app on android allows.

Thanks,
Brendon.
