My android is not syncing at all with my web-based todoist app

I have a Samsung S3 and downloaded the Todoist app version 1.2.10 Android 4.1.2.

Although I logged in with identical credentials as the web app, it looks like the android app views me as a new user. It doesn't see any of my projects or tasks. It doesn't recognize that I am a premium user.

I need to get this fixed or this application is of no use to me and I will request my $ back for the premium service.

Please help.

Hi David,

If you could please click on the 3 dots, choose Settings, click on Todoist, and at the bottom, confirm that you are using the same account. The email address is at the bottom of that page.

If it is the correct account, on the main page have you tried hitting the refresh/sync button? It does require to have an internet connection to accomplish this.

If that fails, please try logging out and back in again.
