Why tasks date change after the sync?

Dears,

I have the following issue:

I use andorid app to enter my tasks, but when I open web site, all of them are sync with wrong date - a day later.

Example: I enter 10th June, but it is appear as 11th June in web version :(

Please tell me if this problem is only in my phone and how can I fix it?

Hello Nicky,

Please make sure that your phone, your computer and Todoist itself are all set to the exact same time zone. Note - your computer may have the correct time, but a different time zone, please make sure the zone is correct.

Also, please try to add some tasks with due times such as "10 Jun at 13:30" and let me know if and by how log will the time of the task be off and if the issue works both ways so when you add a task through the web, it has a different date/time on Android.

Dear David,

I checked my time zone on my phone and computer and they are the same - Sofia, Bulgaria.

Also, I follow your advice and tried to enter taks "today @ 13:30" and the good news is that when it is sign on my computer is appear the same taks in Today, but with different hour - 14:30 :)

Any idia why? :)

Nicky,

There is only one way for this to happen - incorrect time zone settings. Please also check the Settings in Todoist to make sure that you have the correct time zone set there as well. Also, if you're in a Daylight Savings Time zone, make sure that it is handled by your computers DST settings. The time should not be changed manually, but through the DST setting.
