Completed tasks stay around and get their order mixed up

I'm now on version 1.2.8 and still experience the same issue.
I don't see this in the 7 days view, just in a project view.
Completed sub-tasks stay crossed out, and some stay even when their parent is completed and removed. They then place themselves under another, unrelated parent (which was either higher or lower ordered than the previous parent).
Should I clear my data and log in again? I want to avoid this solution if possible.

Hello Niels,

Please try to clear the app's cache/offline data - if you sync it before you do so, you will not lose any of your tasks as they're stored on the cloud. Please let us know if this will show the correct state of your tasks.

If not, please tell me - can you recreate this issue? For example, add a new test project and just put a couple of tasks there and trigger it? If so - what steps do you follow? This would greatly help us reproduce this issue and fix is shortly.

Hello David,

I've cleared all data and logged in again. The issue is now resolved.

Should I try to recreate the issue? I think it just could've been the result of lingering and faulty data in between those frequent updates of the last few days (together with syncing issues) since the tasks I had this with were different on my phone compared to on my tablet (much more tasks and different levels on my tablet).

If you'll continue to use the app and the issue will occur again, then we would appreciate if you would try to reproduce it or let us know how to trigger it, but if it won't then this won't be necessary as it might have indeed been a result of the recent syncing issues on our end.
