Sync problem, version 1.2beta


First of all, sorry if I'm not posting in the right place. Couldn't find anything on version 1.2beta for Android, so decided to start a new thread, but might have overlooked something.


I've been using the beta 1.2 version for one or two weeks now and I think this is the first problem I've come across: today, the app and the web did not sync. I've never had that before, as far as I can remember, neither with an earlier version of the app, nor with this version.

The problem seems to be both ways: the things I just changed in the app did not appear on the web and the changes I made on the web did not appear in the app, even after refreshing several times.

What's up with that?

Hello Hermien,

We are currently experiencing syncing and login issues with the Android app, and hope to find a solution soon.

As a workaround please re-install the application. Please install the latest version from the Play Store.

My phone and web were syncing fine, then all of the sudden it stopped syncing. I will reinstall.

Getting annoyed because this will be the second time I've re-installed in a week. Had to re-install earlier because widgets would randomly go blank and not display tasks (even though top right had a count of tasks that should have been displayed).

We believe these issues are related, and we are working hard to get them fixed. We hope to have an update soon.

There has been an update pushed out that should address this issue, please update to it when it shows up in your PlayStore (1.2.3)
