Can you un-complete a task?

I accidentally completed a task, is there a way to un-complete it?

Hello Richard,

This option is not available on the Android app yet, but you can un-complete a task through the web-app. Go to https://todoist.com enter the project in which you've completed this task and click on the "Get completed tasks" link at the bottom. Here, you'll be able to un-check any completed task.

Best regards,
David

So, I did as you said. The missing task is not listed. I can do a q: search and it comes up, if I attempt to un-check it from there - it seems to try (with gray bars scrolling across the check box, but it never resolves (I let it run for over an hour)

Richard,

Please try to use the q: search and when you see the results, click on the name of the project listed on its right side.

Also, make sure the project is not archived and that after you've clicked "Get completed tasks" all have been loaded. You can click on it multiple times and further completed tasks will be loaded.

Best regards,
David

The multiple clicks of the Get Completed Tasks brought it up - I did not know that it worked that way.

Thanks for you assistance.I love the product and can't wait to see it mature over the next year or so.
