when editing a task, picking a new date, removes the time

PD

If you got an existing taks, with this date: 18/01/2013 @ 09:00
You want to postpone it to 'monday' and pick 21/01/2013 from the calender, it works, but the time planned (@09:00) is removed.

I would like that to do the same thing as the web application.

Thanks!

Hello Peter,

The date selection is used to completely reschedule a task and in this case it's not clear whether on the new day, you may also want to complete the task at the same time and if not, maintaining it would force anyone who wants to use a completely new date to manually remove it. Therefore, to postpone a task, please use the "Postpone" option which will maintain the time of the task, but only postpone its date.

Of course, you're welcome to add a request to change this behavior to our Votebox: http://todoist.com/Vote_Android/ and we may reconsider it in the future.

Best regards,
David
