Hello Scott,

We're very sorry for the delay. We have activated one month of Premium for you now and you're welcome to try it out. Once we identify your payment ans the issue that caused your account not to activate automatically, we will extend it to the full 12 months you've paid for.

Scott,

Unfortunately, we may not be able to re-subscribe you remotely. Please cancel your monthly subscription and re-subscribe again. Make sure that you're logged into the correct account that you want to be upgraded.
